Dear Students, Parents, and Well-wishers,
I am honoured to address you as the Chairman of Kashmir College of Engineering and Technology (KCET). As a qualified engineer from a premier institute of the country and having performed as senior IPS officer, I have experienced and perceived the challenges faced by students in seeking and pursuing technical education elsewhere in the country, far off from the home. As such have embarked upon to establish a state of the art and premier technical institution in valley which meets and fulfils all the aspiration and desires of our talented students.
Being a parent myself, I understand the concerns and apprehensions that arise when a child has to travel outside the state for education. With KCET, we aim to eliminate this burden and provide the best educational facilities right here in our own region. Our mission is to bring a positive change in the educational scenario of the Kashmir Valley and create opportunities for the talented youth to flourish and contribute to the development of our nation.
